Shipping & Delivery

We aim to get your order out quickly and keep you informed from checkout to delivery. The details below explain processing times, transit estimates, tracking, and how we handle split shipments.

Processing and delivery timeline

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order tracking

  • Right after purchase: you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
  • When your order ships: we’ll send a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
  • Tracking updates typically appear within 24 hours of carrier pickup.

Split shipments

To deliver items as soon as they’re ready, some orders may ship in multiple packages. If your order is split, you will receive separate tracking numbers. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments.

Address accuracy and changes

  • Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout.
  • If you need a correction, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can usually help before a label is created.
  • Once a tracking number is issued, changes or rerouting may no longer be possible.

Delivery issues

  • Running late: If your package is still in transit beyond the 2–5 business day estimate, please allow an extra 2 business days for carrier delays. Then contact us and we’ll assist.
  • Marked delivered but not received: Wait 24 hours, check around your property and with neighbors, and review the tracking details. If it doesn’t turn up, email us so we can help investigate with the carrier.

Availability and exceptions

In rare cases (weather events, carrier capacity, peak seasons, or inventory constraints), processing or transit times may extend beyond the estimates above. If any item in your order needs extra time, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
