Exchanges
- Size/color exchanges are available for eligible items within 30 days, subject to stock.
- If the requested item is unavailable, we can process a refund or provide store credit on request.
- Standard shipping applies to exchange shipments ($6.99). Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Return shipping and fees
- Original shipping fees are nonrefundable, unless we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We can provide a prepaid label upon request and deduct the label cost from your refund, or you may use your own trackable carrier.
Wrong, damaged, or defective items
- Please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and the packing slip.
- We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. In these cases, we cover return shipping and refund the original $6.99 shipping charge.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you’re returning, and the reason. Include photos if relevant.
- Wait for return authorization and instructions. Returns without authorization may be refused.
- Pack the item securely with original tags/packaging. Remove or cover old labels.
- Ship using the provided label (if requested) or your own trackable method. Keep the tracking number until your return is processed.
Refund timing
- Once your return is delivered to us, please allow 2–3 business days for inspection.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers typically post funds within 3–10 business days, but timing can vary.
Packaging and responsibility
- Returned items remain your responsibility until received at our facility. Use adequate packaging and a trackable service.
- If a return arrives damaged due to insufficient packaging or does not meet eligibility criteria, we may be unable to approve the return.
