DMCA and Copyright Policy

MINIMALMENSWEAR.SHOP respects the intellectual property rights of others. We operate a notice-and-takedown process modeled on the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). The guidance below explains how to submit a copyright complaint and how to send a counter notice if you believe a removal was in error.

Designated Agent for Notices

Email is the fastest way to reach us:

If you require an alternate submission method, email us to request current mailing details before sending physical documents.

Scope

This policy covers content hosted or displayed by MINIMALMENSWEAR.SHOP, including product images, descriptions, and any user-submitted materials we may host. It does not cover content hosted on third-party services or platforms we do not control.

Before You File

  • Only the copyright owner or an authorized agent should submit a notice.
  • Consider whether the use is permitted by law (for example, fair use, license, or other exceptions).
  • Knowingly submitting false or misleading notices or counter notices may have legal consequences.

How We Process Notices

  1. Review: We review submissions for completeness. Incomplete notices may be returned for correction.
  2. Action: When we receive a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the reported material.
  3. Notify the user: We forward the notice (including your contact details) to the user who posted the material.
  4. Counter notice window: The user may submit a valid counter notice if they believe the removal was in error.
  5. Restoration: If we receive a valid counter notice, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless we receive notice that the claimant has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in the allegedly infringing activity.

Tips for Faster Processing

  • Send notices from a professional or organizational email address when acting as an agent.
  • List specific product/page URLs. General homepage links are not sufficient.
  • Attach evidence that helps us verify ownership (e.g., original image files, dated catalogs, or registration certificates). This is optional but helpful.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We may, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate accounts or privileges associated with users who are the subject of multiple valid notices of infringement.

Misuse and Bad-Faith Reports

Submitting fraudulent or abusive notices or counter notices is prohibited. We may decline to act on abusive submissions and reserve the right to take appropriate action.

Privacy and Disclosure

We will share complete copies of notices and counter notices, including contact information, with the affected parties. Only include personal information necessary to process your request.
