We offer a secure, streamlined checkout. Choose one of the trusted payment options below. If anything doesn’t go as expected, our team is here to help.

Accepted ways to pay

Method How it works Notes
Credit/Debit Cards (via Stripe) Enter your card details at checkout. Your bank may prompt an extra security step. Processed securely by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
Credit/Debit Cards (via Airwallex) Enter your card details at checkout. Some banks require a 3D Secure verification. Processed securely by Airwallex. Sensitive data is tokenized.
PayPal You’ll be redirected to PayPal to approve the payment, then returned to our store. Confirm your PayPal details before approving. Make sure your email and shipping address are correct.

Checkout security

  • Our checkout runs over encrypted HTTPS/TLS.
  • Card details are handled by our payment partners (Stripe and Airwallex) using industry-standard security practices.
  • We don’t store full card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.
  • Some transactions may require 3D Secure/SCA verification from your bank for added protection.
  • We may perform routine anti-fraud checks. If needed, we’ll reach out to confirm order details before fulfillment.

Authorizations, charges, and holds

  • Cards: Your bank may place a temporary authorization when you attempt payment. If an order is canceled or fails, this hold typically drops off within a few business days (timing depends on your bank).
  • Successful card orders are charged when your order is confirmed.
  • PayPal payments are captured when you approve them on PayPal.

If a payment fails

Most declines resolve with a quick check of details or a retry. Common issues and fixes:

Issue What to try
Billing address or ZIP/postcode mismatch Enter the billing address exactly as it appears on your card statement (including abbreviations and spacing).
Incorrect CVV or expiry date Double-check the CVV and expiration month/year, then retry.
3D Secure/SCA challenge failed or timed out Approve the push/SMS/Bank App prompt and try again. If you didn’t receive it, contact your bank.
Bank decline or insufficient funds Contact your card issuer for details or try a different card or PayPal.
Network or browser error Refresh the page, try another browser/device, disable VPN/ad blockers temporarily, or check your internet connection.
Too many attempts/temporary block Wait 10–30 minutes before trying again, or switch to a different payment method.
PayPal error Ensure your PayPal account is verified and funded, confirm your PayPal address, then retry or use a card.

If you still can’t complete payment, email [email protected] with the time of the attempt, payment method used, and any on-screen error (no screenshots of full card numbers or CVV, please).

Receipts and billing descriptor

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation by email after successful payment. Check your spam/junk folder if it’s missing.
  • Your statement may show our descriptor as “MINIMALMENSWEAR.SHOP” or similar. If you’re unsure about a charge, contact us.
